The objective of our Business Development Manager(s) is to develop and maintain a relationship with the client, where he/she fully understands the client's business and the success factors needed for the client to achieve their goals. Identifying gaps and recommending appropriate solutions whereby the client engages Human Potential Consulting to supply services. The overall performance is measured on 2 key objectives;
Measurement of these 2 key areas incorporate: business development, market strategy, net revenue growth and achievement, client management, sales strategy and growth of role.
We offer an attractive incentive/bonus structure which allows the BDM to receive revenue for their ongoing performance payable of every sale.
On achievement of the yearly target objectives we offer a substantial financial reward. During the first year of your employment a 6 monthly target and financial bonus will be offered in surplus to annual target objectives.

You will be expected to work on multiple projects executable in Australia and International destinations dictated by the client. It is highly recommended you have qualifications in Project Management, Prince 2 or Six Sigma and experience with working on multimillion dollar projects .
This position reports directly into the Project Manager.
