1. Gross revenue objectives : Yearly Target = AUD $3 million
2. Activity and appointment levels : Minimum of 5 appointments per week.

Measurement of these 2 key areas incorporate: business development, market strategy, net revenue growth and achievement, client management, sales strategy and growth of role.

You will be expected to work on multiple projects executable in Australia and International destinations dictated by the client. It is highly recommended you have qualifications in Project Management, Prince 2 or Six Sigma and experience with working on multimillion dollar projects .

This position reports directly into the Project Manager.

As our multimedia developer your responsibilities include: design & media development, content & technology management, project management, stakeholder management, communication management, financial management and growth of role and organisation. This role is a key responsibility within the design team and with this responsibility comes the pleasure of exceeding your client's expectations.

For you to be successful in this position you will:

• Be a visionary who thrives in a team based, supportive environment
• Have experience in integrating HTLM, Java Script and Flash
• Have at least 5 years action scripting experience
• Have experience in Backend integration (expected)
